Parent Partnership Guidelines

1. Dress for Success : Ensure your child attends school daily in the prescribed school uniform, maintaining discipline and school spirit.
2. Respect Learning Time : To avoid disruptions, parents are requested not to enter classrooms or seek unscheduled meetings with teachers during school hours.
3. Emergency Coordination : In case of any emergency, kindly meet the Headmistress/Vice Headmistress and follow the appropriate course of action in consultation with them.
4. Student Safety First : Students may leave school during working hours only in genuine emergencies and with prior approval from the Headmistress/Vice Headmistress.
5. Authorized Pick-Up Only : For the safety of all children, only authorized persons may pick up students, with prior written and telephonic intimation to the school.
6. Keep Information Updated : Parents are requested to promptly inform the school of any changes in address, contact numbers, or other important details.
7. Health & Well-Being Matters : If a child is unwell, please allow them to rest at home to ensure their recovery and the well-being of other students.
8. Celebrate with Simplicity & Respect : Birthdays may be celebrated in civil dress. We encourage thoughtful gestures such as self-made cards or flowers while avoiding gifts, sweets, or other distributions within the school.
