Fee Payment Guidelines

1. Fee Collection Hours : Fees are accepted at the school office from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
2. Timely Payment : Fees can be deposited without any late charges from 1st to 15th of the scheduled payment month.
3. No Extension for Holidays : Sundays and public holidays falling within the fee payment period will not be considered for extension of the due date.
4. Late Fee Applicable : A late fee will be charged for payments made after the 15th day of the month.
5. Daily Late Charges : From the 16th day until the last day of the month, a late fee of ₹20 per day will be applicable.
6. Payment in Following Month : If the fee remains unpaid by the end of the month, it may be paid in the following month along with a late fee of ₹500.
7. Non-Payment Policy : If the fee is not deposited by 15th of the following month, parents are requested not to send their child to school from the 16th onward until dues are cleared.
